Are you a PMU Candidate?

Please be advised that not everyone is a candidate to receive permanent brow services. Some contradictions may impact your ability to receive these services and are not recommended to/for clients who:

are pregnant and/or nursing
are on blood thinners
sick due to any viral infection
are on Accutane within the past year
has liver disease - high risk infection
are being treated for Cancer and adhere to chemotherapy/ radiation treatment
has an autoimmune disease or skin condition (ex. eczema, psoriasis, lupus, etc…) that compromises the skin area near the brows
keloid skin
has pimples or any type of lesions in brow area- or has acne prone skin in the brow/forehead area
is using or has used any skin bleaching products
epilepsy
The following medical conditions require a doctor’s note giving consent:
diabetes I or II
high blood pressure
autoimmune disease
thyroid / grave’s disease
any other medical conditions that cause slow healing or a high risk of infection

Maryland Law

Elle Noir Beauty can not perform any cosmetic tattoo services on anyone under the age of 18. Therefore, be prepared to show a valid form of ID.

The only acceptable ID are as follows, no exceptions:
a. state ID or driver's license
b. passport

Deposit & Preparation

DEPOSIT:

A booking fee will be collected and credited towards your PMU eyebrow service.
If you CANCEL, RESCHEDULE or FAIL TO SHOW UP for any of your scheduled appointments before your services are complete, you FORFEIT your booking fee. Note that your commitment to your 1st session should be present for your 2nd session.
Anything more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled so PLEASE BE ON TIME!
If you become a no call/no show client, you will not be allowed to rebook.
PREPARATION:

Absolutely no coffee, energy drinks or alcohol 48 hours prior to your appointment. This can cause excess bleeding and poor retention/results. In addition, these are all considered a blood thinner and due to excessive bleeding will push the pigment and numbing cream out of the skin, as well as brow results possibly healing where there are patches.
No waxing / tweezing / threading 48 hours before your appointment. Any hairs outside of the parameters will be cleaned up.
No facial chemical peels at least 1 month prior to your session.
No Tanning 2 weeks prior and/or after your session.
Remember if you are on blood thinners, please refrain 48 hours prior to your appointment.
No exercise the day of and 2-weeks after your appointment.

Be advised that consent paperwork will be filled out prior to your treatment service, while you’re numbing.

2nd Session - PMU Brow Service

The PMU eyebrow service is a 2-step process. Once you are introduced by being serviced for your 1st session, it will be followed up within 4 - 6 weeks with your 2nd PMU eyebrow session.

Your 2nd PMU eyebrow session will be scheduled at the end of your 1st appointment and allowed to be rescheduled anywhere in between 4 - 6 weeks, if unable to commit to the initial appointment set. I no longer charge a fee if you miss your 4 - 6 week window of time because it is mentioned that this window allows you to achieve the best results.

To maintain your new brows, we would revisit this service annually with 1 session: PMU eyebrow service “Annual PMU Refresh.”
